A number of our previously regular clients, returned to Coggeshall today for a fully booked appointment session.  It was really lovely to see you and your treasured pets.  All were seen by Vet Aimee Nudds (pictured here with Archie the cat and his young owner, Dotty) supported by our very able and welcoming receptionist Jane.  Next week is almost booked up and we already have appointments scheduled for the forthcoming weeks.  If you would like to book a Coggeshall appointment please contact us and ensure you tell the receptionist where you would like your appointment as many of the calls will divert through to Braintree when our Coggeshall branch isnt open.  As a much larger practice on Millennium Way in Braintree, our Coggeshall branch offers a quieter environment and we welcome all our registered client here - Braintree is only 15 minutes away, with off road parking.  If you haven't visited before this is our address:

As a helpful reminder this is what to expect at our branch and further advice:

  • Opening hours from today - 10am - 1pm.  This will steadily increase as the weeks go on, with the intension to go back to our original opening hours pre-covid
  • We will still be practicing social distancing - you will be asked to wait outside or in your car if our waiting room is occupied 
  • We continue to operate an appointment system, but if you need to pop in for anything then please do so.  Appointments can be made online (click here), please follow the guidance then scroll to the bottom of the page to log in.  This facility is for existing clients only.  You can also book by chatting to a member of our reception team through our online web chat or of course you can ring us
  • New clients are welcome, but pre-registration is required before any appointment can be made.  This is not an instant process and we require 2 working days to complete your registration.  All registrations need to be completed online, please follow this link click here
  • At present all visitors are kindly asked to wear masks while in the building, (but if you are mask except or do not wish to wear a mask, we ask that you remain in your car and ring our branch direct line number on 01376 561667.  We will come out to you to discuss your pets needs, take them into our consult room then return them back to you and discuss what we have done and what treatment is required)
  • We can not guarantee we will have the products and medicines your pet might need, in stock, but please ask.  
  • All repeat prescription and food must be ordered in advance and collected from Braintree unless delivery to our Coggeshall branch has been requested - please remember we will only be open for one morning a week initially.  To place an order, please do so via our online ordering page (click here).  Further information on how to order is on this page and at the bottom our ordering form.  2 working days is still required for all orders
  • Card payments are preferred wherever possible
  • Appointments are booking up fast - if you are unable to attend your appointment we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as you know to free up an appointment for another patient and of course we can reschedule your appointment at the same time

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR PET HAS REGULAR TREATMENT, eg allergy vaccinations, arthritis or specific antibiotics, WE NEED YOU TO SPECIFY THIS WHEN MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT to make sure they drug your pet needs is ready for you at our Coggeshall branch - we want to avoid you having a wasted journey, your time is valuable.
