Lorraine Keene

I joined the practice in February 2017 after working for 15 years in a 24 hour veterinary hospital in London where I worked on reception, processed insurance claims and spent time 'hands on' assisting the vets when working in the branches within the group. Prior to working within the veterinary industry I worked for the Metropolitan Police service and was a serving police officer until I left to raise my two children.   Since joining Millennium veterinary practice I have been welcomed into the 'Millennium family' 

In 2018 I was promoted to Senior Receptionist then to Head Receptionist in 2021. I am committed to my role and enjoy working with a fantastic team of people.

Outside of work I spend time cycling, long walks with my terriers, horse riding and training, singing and spending time with friends and family.
